Shipping policy

 

Please note that if an order contains items from different suppliers you may be charged for each separate delivery.

Mikasa Products

Our flat rate standard shipping charge is £7.50 on all orders to UK addresses.

Bulk orders of 6 or more volleyballs are shipped free of charge to UK addresses.

Most orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, via Royal Mail or courier. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays, and will therefore be processed the following business day.

Volleyball Equipment

Universal Services products have a £30 carriage and handling charge for any orders under £250 in value to mainland England and Wales. For Scotland, Highland and Island destinations, price on application.

Bishop Sports & Leisure product prices include shipping.

Medical Consumables

Steroplast standard shipping charge is £4.98 for all orders under £240. Orders in excess of this amount receive free delivery.

Clothing

A standard shipping fee of £6.95 applies to all orders delivered to UK addresses. Please note that this charge is subject to increase for orders weighing 2 kg or more.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, please allow up to four weeks for delivery, particularly during periods of high demand or low stock levels.

Delivery

We may use third parties to deliver our goods. During the online checkout process you will be given delivery information. Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery will be made to the address provided within your order and set out in the confirmation email.

If for any reason we are unable to deliver your goods we will: i) let you know; ii) cancel your order; and iii) give you a refund.
