Refund policy

Cancellation rights
You can cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (unless the contract is for services or goods are personalised). The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date the goods are delivered to you.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty (see below).

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.  You can do this by emailing us at finance@volleyballengland.org to arrange a return.

If you cancel this contract we will reimburse to you all payments received from you (including the cost of delivery).  We will do this without undue delay and not later than 14 days from receiving the goods back from you.  We will make the refund using the same means of payment you use for the initial transaction.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges
If items are defective or damaged we may replace items or refund the price paid at our option.  If you have received defective or damaged goods and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at finance@volleyballengland.org with a picture of the item and then we will advise further.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommended that you use a tracked or signed-for service as we cannot be responsible for items that go missing in the post.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If it is rejected, we will be in touch within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at finance@volleyballengland.org
